Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: All digital courses, programs, assessments, subscriptions, wellness challenges, and corporate packages sold through Heartiest LMS (lms.heartiest.org) and associated platforms managed by Heartiest Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines the rights, responsibilities, and limitations relating to the cancellation and refund of purchases made through Heartiest platforms.

Heartiest operates across multiple verticals — including health and wellness education, digital learning, personal assessments, challenges, and wellness events. Each category involves different modes of engagement, delivery timelines, and refund implications.

Heartiest strives for flexibility and fairness; however, because our services are personalized and digital, certain cancellations may not be eligible for full refunds.

2. Digital Courses & Programs

2.1 Before Course Access

If you request a cancellation before accessing any course content (i.e., before watching any video, completing any lesson, or downloading any material):

  • Full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase

2.2 After Course Access

If you have accessed course content (watched videos, completed lessons, etc.):

  • Within 7 days of purchase and less than 30% completion: 50% refund may be issued
  • After 7 days or more than 30% completion: No refund will be provided

2.3 Free Courses & Trials

Free courses and trial enrollments do not require any payment and are therefore not eligible for refund claims.

3. Assessments & Reports

  • Once an assessment has been started or a report has been generated, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  • If a technical issue prevented the completion of your assessment, contact us within 48 hours for a re-attempt or credit.

4. Subscriptions

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you continue to have access until then.

5. Corporate & Institutional Programs

Corporate and institutional programs are governed by separate agreements. Refunds for corporate programs will be handled according to the terms of the specific agreement signed between Heartiest and the organization.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email us at info@heartiest.org with your order details
  2. Include your registered email, order ID, and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after accessing course content beyond the refund window
  • Failure to complete the course within its validity period
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Coupon-redeemed or gifted course enrollments

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting Heartiest, we reserve the right to suspend your account and restrict future access. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns amicably.

9. Changes to This Policy

Heartiest reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
